Job Description:
PatientPing is actively hiring a full-time Business Operations Lead who will drive the insights and tools behind company-wide decisions. Your insights will influence our understanding of the way we grow, engage our community, scale the business, and efficiently operate as a team.
 
The right person for this role thrives in a cross-functional environment, has a strong analytical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information. They are driven and focused self-starters who aggressively tackle their work and love elevating processes and teams through their contributions.
 
What You Will Do:
•Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models & metrics to assist strategic decisions across the company
•Identify areas in need of improvement and collaborate with internal teams to create and implement scalable solutions
•Support key initiatives and special projects across the operations, growth, and product teams
•Create alignment across the business and external stakeholders through communication and engagement materials
 
What You Need:
•3+ years of work experience in consulting / investment banking / private equity or related role
•BA/BS degree in quantitative field
•Excel expertise
•SQL experience
•Ability to take a long-term view and think about the business at a strategic level
•Attention to detail
•Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills
•Strong self-starter approach with a track record of proactively getting things done
•An entrepreneurial, motivated, curious, insightful, and determined attitude
•Healthcare and/or SaaS experience a plus
•MBA a plus
