Job Description
We are actively recruiting a full-time Solutions Lead, located in Boston and reporting to our Director of Solutions. Our Solutions Team is accountable for delivering “Launch Services” and designing & bringing to market tech-enabled optimization services.
 
Launch Services
You will lead end-to-end “Launch Services” projects for post-acute and provider organization customers across the country based on our playbook proven across thousands of Customers to date.  Success is defined by three metrics:
•On-quality -- Buyer net promoter score (NPS), user adoption
•On-time -- customer go live within contracted timeline
•On-budget -- project completion with budgeted hours
 
These projects range from a few weeks for simpler implementations to several months for more complicated ones. Most are delivered remotely while a few offer the opportunity to work with Customers on the ground.
 
To achieve success, you will:
•Drive Alignment: Create a unified voice into and from the Customer. Effectively communicate the “why” across a range of Customer stakeholders -- from the front-line healthcare workers using PatientPing’s software to care for patients up to the senior leaders who are defining the organization’s population health management strategy

•Coordinate Activation: Coordinate all post-sales efforts across expert technical and operational resources to enable necessary data exchanges, software configuration and user access consistent with security and privacy guidelines

•Ensure Adoption: Apply program and change management methodologies to set up the Customer for long-term success with PatientPing before handing off to the Account Manager in our Growth organization
 
Optimization Services
PatientPing’s encounter-based cross-continuum network presents an opportunity to significantly improve patient outcomes during their time of highest need -- when they’re seeking care. You will be on the ground floor introducing integrated solutions that combine our software technology with targeted operational and workflow services to enable customer success. You will collaborate with PatientPing’s Director of Solutions, Product & Growth Teams, Clinical and Health Policy experts, and potential Customers to define the strategy, roadmap, and scope of those solutions, taking them from concept to commercial scale. Some of these are already being delivered and need to be packaged formally while others require novel approaches to address top of mind issues impacting care coordination.  You will then deliver these solutions as experts in both our software technology and the associated operational workflows. 
 
What Success Looks Like...
In 3 months…
•Developed in-depth understanding of PatientPing’s technology, features, and functionality
•Understood why customers buy, how they measure value, how they engage with our product
•Delivered your first set of implementations independently
•Established working relationships with Sales, Account Management and Integration teams
 
In 6 months…
•Drove initiatives to improve Launch Services efficiency and effectiveness
•Delivered medium complexity implementations independently
•Generated leads for existing Solutions during the course of Launch
•Iterated to improve the go-to-market and delivery models of early Solutions
 
In 12 months…
•Demonstrated success across multiple Launches (NPS, user adoption, on-time and on-budget)
•Increased number of simultaneous Launches and Solutions you’ll be supporting
•Successfully renewed Solutions contracts
•Be sought out for ideas and input on what PatientPing should do next with the segment
 
What You Need:
A mission-driven focus with a passion for spearheading change in complex healthcare environments, awareness of payer/provider reimbursement models, and interoperability/healthcare tech trends. You should be able to juggle multiple engagements simultaneously, manage competing priorities and demonstrate a desire to constantly learn & develop. 
 
•Complex project management or consulting experience 
•Clinical or operational background from post-acute or provider organizations preferred
•Experience with enterprise software preferred; healthcare or electronic health records a plus
•Experience with high growth companies preferred
