Job Description:
We are actively hiring a full-time Payer Growth Associate who will help PatientPing grow by developing an effective pipeline of new payer customers. As a Payer Growth Associate you will work with Growth Leadership to develop market development plans, generate meetings with healthcare decision makers, specifically in the payer industry and drive awareness through efficient lead activity management. 

What You Will Do:
•Generate new sales opportunities through systematic prospecting of leads 
•Work closely with sales leadership on developing product positioning & Payer growth strategies
•Manage product inventory to drive strategic thinking around future enhancements/positioning
•Work closely with operations and account management functions on growth strategies for existing payer customers 
•Manage RFP and contracting processes

What Success Looks Like:
In 3 months:
•Develop deep familiarity with core business
•Deliver polished demo of PatientPing solution
•Develop sales/account growth plan with Payer Growth Director
•Develop familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, Drift, LinkedIn, Definitive)
•Begin outbound prospecting and meeting booking activities 

In 6 months: 
•Actively contribute to and manage lead generation/pipeline development
•Develop product positioning strategies to meet the evolving needs of payers
•Lead sales opportunities including strategy, delivery, and day-to-day management
•Partner with account management teams to develop growth strategies, case studies, and other best practices with existing customers that PatientPing can leverage to expand its payer footprint

 In 12 months…
•Demonstrated ability to generate new leads and grow pipeline
•Manage and drive new sales
•Effective collaboration with account teams to drive growth opportunities with existing customers

What You Need:
•3-5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment (preferably health tech or payer)
•BA/BS degree
•Advanced use of PowerPoint and proficient with Salesforce
•Tenacious and sharp problem solver who does not shy away, but rather is
•motivated by seemingly intractable challenges
•Entrepreneurial, trailblazing spirit, eager to be at the forefront of health system transformation
•Strong self-starter with a track record of proactively getting things done (this also means you are comfortable with ambiguity)
•Analytical and very fast learner
