Role Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our agile RevOps team at Patsnap. In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of our commercial operations by setting up customer accounts, managing data across our tech stack, resolving queries, and driving process improvements. This is a great opportunity for someone commercially minded, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office with the expectation to work from the office up to 3 days a week. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office. 

What You'll be Doing:

    • Review order forms in Salesforce and set-up clients for the approved products in the Patsnap provisioning system (Backoffice) 
    • Be responsible for system management and data verification by checking, amending, updating information in all our Tech stack
    • Help to investigate and draft new processes or process updates
    • Resolve ‘Cases' which can be any query/task raised within Patsnap or by a client 
    • Share ideas and work with all members of the team and wider organisation to constantly seek to add value and improve the work of Revenue Operations 
    • Support any other projects or data analysis as requested by your manager 

About You:

    • Commercially minded and can manage/prioritise key tasks in a fast-paced environment 
    • Ideally 1 year + experience at a SaaS company, working on data/systems, but open to anyone willing to roll up their sleeves and learn 
    • Previous use of excel, any CRM or Tech Stack tools would be an advantage 
    • Attention to detail – checking a variety of information for accuracy 
    • Problem solving skills  
    • Open-minded – willing to learn and take on new challenges as the Tech landscape in constantly changing
