Role Summary:  
We are currently in search of a Growth Account Manager to join our client success team in Singapore. This role offers the unique opportunity to own the sales and customer lifecycle from start to finish with the responsibility of driving new business acquisition while nurturing existing client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

    • Develop new business with the region’s leading technology innovators from big enterprises to promising tech SMEs, to universities and research institutes.
    • Manage the entire customer lifecycle from new business to renewal and expansion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. 
    • Adopt a data-driven approach of sales funnel mangement and account mangement with accurate forecasting. 
    • Conduct professional negotiation of commercial agreements.
    • Conduct customer onboarding meetings and quarterly business reviews. 
    • Keep up to date with all major product updates for the ability to articulate their value to our clients.

About You:

    • 3 years + of net new sales and account management experience with customers in ASEAN.
    • Educational background or professional experience in engineering or science is a plus. 
    • Experience in enterprise SaaS sales is a plus. 
    • Proven track record of performance in past sales positions.
    • You are self-motivated, curious, adaptable and thrive working in an innovative and fast-paced environment. 
    • You are a team player with experience working with various internal and external stakeholders.
