We’re looking for an Integrated Campaign Manager to manage the strategy, execution, and performance of full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate demand, and deliver pipeline. You’ll be the architect behind integrated campaigns — translating customer insights into powerful, creative ideas, collaborating across teams to bring them to life, and optimizing performance along the way. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll be responsible for campaign planning, budget management, conversion optimization, and pipeline performance. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Content, Creative, and Channel Leads to deliver measurable business impact.

What is a day in the life of an Integrated Campaign Manager?

    • Translate business goals and customer insights into clear campaign strategies.
    • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to identify opportunities and inform messaging.
    • Lead campaign planning, including objectives, audiences, messaging, channels, content needs, and promotional strategy.
    • Prioritize campaign ideas and build evergreen and time-based campaign roadmaps for your assigned business unit.
    • Own and manage the campaign budget for your business unit, allocating spend across tactics to drive the best outcomes.
    • Drive execution across Content, Creative, Paid Media, Email, Events, PR, and Web teams.
    • Write clear briefs and activation guides to align stakeholders and ensure cohesive execution.
    • Coordinate asset creation: landing pages, ads, emails, blog content, video, etc.
    • Partner with Marketing Ops to set up campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting in Salesforce and other tools.
    • Own end-to-end campaign launch — from internal alignment to go-live to post-campaign analysis.
    • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with channel owners to optimize creative, messaging, and spend.
    • Partner with web and marketing ops teams to improve conversion rates across landing pages, forms, and the campaign experience.
    • Run A/B tests and analyze funnel performance to remove friction and improve lead capture.
    • Track spend, monitor pacing, and reallocate budget dynamically based on performance.
    • Collaborate with Events team on virtual and in-person event integration.
    • Run campaign-based virtual events and webinar programs.
    • Ensure sales is enabled with the right messaging, assets, and context to follow up on leads.
    • Share campaign plans, reporting, and lessons learned with Sales and Marketing leadership to foster partnership and feedback loops.
    • Help build the always-on marketing motion in your business unit to drive ongoing lead flow.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

    • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in demand generation, integrated marketing, or growth.
    • Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey and how to tailor campaigns by funnel stage.
    • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.
    • Experience optimizing landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing, heat mapping, and website analytics tools is a plus.
    • Experience managing marketing budgets and making data-informed spend decisions.
    • Excellent collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo (or other MAPs)

What does success look like?

    • Campaigns generate qualified sales pipeline aligned to business targets.
    • Pipeline conversion rates improve over time.
    • Campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Spend is allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
    • Stakeholders are aligned, informed, and confident in campaign direction.
    • Campaigns are well-orchestrated across all relevant channels.
    • Insights from each campaign drive smarter strategy and better performance over time.

What is the team like?

    • You will be a member of the Demand Generation team and be supervised by the Director of Growth Marketing. The team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.

What is the hiring process?

    • Initial phone interview with Pattern’s talent acquisition team
    • Video interview with a hiring manager
    • Onsite interview with the hiring manager and panel of department leaders and present a case study
    • Professional reference checks
    • Executive review
