Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised CRM Assistant to support our email and SMS marketing campaigns and agency client efforts. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CRM tools, have high attention to detail and ability to develop meaningful reports.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the execution of CRM campaigns
* Design and build emails using drag and drop editors (Klaviyo)
* Ensure all email templates follow brand guidelines and are optimised for deliverability
* Proof and QA email campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution
* Assist with client support
* Generate basic reports and analyse data
* Provide administrative support to the CRM team

Technical Skills:
* Basic understanding of CRM tools (Klaviyo)
* Basic graphic design skills
* Basic GA4 proficiency
* Basic data analysis

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Experience with email campaign execution and design
* D2C or Direct-to- Customer experience
* Basic CRM certification (Klaviyo) preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Passion for learning

KPIs:
* Accuracy and speed of email campaign delivery
* Timeliness and accuracy of report generation
* Accuracy of basic segmentation
* Task completion rate
