We are seeking a Junior Stylist to join our fast-paced, technology-driven photo and video studio. As part of one of the largest e-commerce content production teams, you will play a key role in creating high-quality imagery and video for hundreds of brands and tens of thousands of products. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to work in an innovative environment where AI-powered workflows are becoming part of our standard processes.
The Junior Stylist will report directly to the Associate Photo Director and collaborate closely with our multiple photo and video teams, and our Director of AI and Product to ensure consistent, efficient, and creative content production.
This is a full-time role and will be based at our Photo Studio in Lehi, Utah.
What is a day in the life of a Junior Stylist?
- Unpack, organize, and prepare products for photography and video shoots.
- Style products according to creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Ensure products are cleaned, steamed, and presented accurately for shoots.
- Operate an automated photography device for image capture
- Accurately place products in the automated system to generate imagery for custom AI training datasets.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in product positioning to meet technical requirements.
- Act as a hand model, interacting with the product for the training images
- Work with photographers, videographers, art directors and stylists to create compelling photos and videos.
- Support efficient shoot-day operations across multiple teams in a targeted and high-impact production environment.
- Communicate with Producers to track workflow and resolve issues quickly.
- Review product images and videos for styling accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Ensure products are consistently represented across all platforms and asset types.
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- 2 years of experience in styling, fashion, visual merchandising, or e-commerce production.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand and creative direction.
- Comfort working with technology and eagerness to learn new digital tools, including AI-driven workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative and flexible mindset with strong communication skills.
