We’re looking for a systems-savvy, process-driven leader to join our TikTok Shop team as the Affiliate Outreach, Ops & Systems Manager. This is not your average affiliate manager role — you’ll be the architect behind how we scale creator recruitment, build outreach flows, grow Discord communities, manage tracking and payout systems, and oversee operational efficiency across our growing affiliate program.You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, content, and overseas support teams to drive high-volume, high-velocity creator campaigns. What you'll do


    • Affiliate Outreach Systems & Optimization

    • Own and build the systems, processes, and outreach sequences that power our TikTok Shop affiliate engine.
    • Lead the development and optimization of our outreach pipeline — including CRM workflows, outreach templates, and Euka Bot automation.
    • Manage our affiliate KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to ensure visibility and performance tracking across all campaigns.

    • Discord Community Building & Management

    • Build and scale our Discord community as a central hub for affiliate engagement, perks, product drops, education, and retention.
    • Create SOPs and engagement calendars for content, announcements, support, and creator rewards.

    • Payouts, Tracking, and Performance

    • Work with finance, analytics, and TikTok Shop Seller Center to implement scalable payout models and track ROI by creator and cohort.
    • Monitor affiliate performance metrics (CTR, AOV, ROI, conversion rate) and optimize recruitment accordingly.

    • Collaboration & Team Leadership

    • Manage an overseas team dedicated to recruitment, reporting, and outreach support — ensuring output is high-quality and aligned to targets.
    • Collaborate with campaign managers, content strategists, and analytics to surface insights and improve affiliate pipeline quality.
    • Own creator ops from onboarding to activation to retention — ensuring every creator touchpoint is smooth, measured, and scalable.

    • What You Bring

    • 3–5+ years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate program management, or creator operations — preferably in eCommerce or performance-driven environments.
    • Proven ability to build systems for outreach, tracking, and community management at scale.
    • Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop, Seller Center, and the TikTok Creator Marketplace.
    • Hands-on experience with Discord (either professionally or personally) and a knack for fostering digital communities.
    • Comfortable working with automation tools (e.g., CRM systems, bots, Airtable, Euka Bot).
    • Analytical mindset — you know how to interpret data and apply it to system-level improvements.
    • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Experience working with global support teams and directing offshore workflows.

    • 30 Days Get ramped on current outreach tools, Discord structure, and affiliate systems.
    • Audit existing processes and make recommendations for immediate improvements.
    • Build strong working relationships with content, campaign, and offshore teams.
    • 60 Days Fully own affiliate outreach pipeline, reporting systems, and Discord management.
    • Begin testing and implementing new sequences, messaging, and engagement flows.
    • See improvements in outreach volume, creator response rates, and Discord activity.
    • 90 Days Show measurable growth in creator activations and revenue from your outreach system.
    • Present a performance dashboard and long-term systems roadmap.
    • Scale the program’s operational backbone to support 500+ videos per month.
