As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in being one of the leaders in rolling out new tech, operational processes, SOPs and training materials to help facilitate a seamless transition into our future.
This role will not only help with tech solutions, but will also have responsibilities within the company to help ensure every process functions safely and efficiently with minimal waste. Cost savings projects will be a staple task that this role will embrace and navigate with intent.
This is a full-time role and will work out of our warehouse in Hebron, KY.

- Lead analysis of workflow gaps and inefficiencies tied to both tech and manual processes.
- Design and implement new processes that improve throughput, reduce touchpoints, and enhance accuracy.

- Build and manage project roadmaps for process deployments and WMS driven changes.
- Track milestone execution, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure cross-functional alignment across Ops, Tech, and Learning.
- Drive adoption and compliance post-launch through audit mechanisms and performance follow-ups.
- Manage/own projects within new facility launches.
- Ensure trainers & Leadership are aligned to current SOPs and tech updates through routine syncs.
- Partner with HR and site ops to manage formal onboarding programs and retraining needs.
- Ensure that all training documents and records are stored in the designated areas.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Ops, or related fields.
- 3-5 years in warehouse operations, process design, or tech-driven project execution
- Familiarity with WMS platforms, tech rollouts, or software development cycles (UAT, sprint planning)
- Advanced Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, or equivalent data analysis proficiency.
- Clear, concise communicator with a bias for ownership and follow through
- Startup-minded: Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced change, and scrappy execution.
- Experience in ecommerce fulfillment (Amazon, Walmart, DTC) is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in quality control environments.
