We are looking for a CRM Specialist to develop and manage our CRM campaigns and customer segmentation strategies. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics, with a focus on optimising CRM processes and generating
actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement CRM campaigns
    • Manage customer segmentation strategies
    • Deploy CRM campaigns for multiple clients
    • Continuously measure and optimise campaign performance
    • Generate insights from data analysis
    • Optimise CRM processes for efficiency and effectiveness
    • Communicate clearly with clients to manage expectations and deliverables.

Technical Skills:

    • Advanced CRM tools proficiency (e.g., Klaviyo, Dot Digital, Mailchimp)
    • Intermediate GA4 proficiency
    • Basic Looker Studio proficiency
    • Intermediate data analysis ability
    • Basic Canva skills

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
    • Advanced CRM certifications preferred
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
