Core Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership & Execution

    • Own the end-to-end execution of the advertising strategy for brands across Amazon, Noon, and other digital marketplaces in the MENA region.
    • Lead on-boarding, media planning, budget allocation, and campaign execution to achieve sales, RoAS, and brand growth targets.
    • Develop and refine advertising best practices, ensuring structured and scalable campaign management processes.
    • Take ownership of advertising budgeting, forecasting, and forward-looking planning in collaboration with Merchandising, Brand Management, and Finance teams.
    • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
    • Collaborate with the brand management team to align marketplace advertising goals with broader multi-channel digital marketing efforts, including social media and search advertising.

Core Responsibilities - Performance Optimization & Innovation

    • Conduct deep-dive analyses on advertising performance, ensuring campaigns are optimized for visibility, conversion, and efficiency.
    • Research and implement advanced bidding strategies, audience segmentation techniques, and keyword optimization methods.
    • Drive A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, placements, and messaging to continuously enhance campaign performance.
    • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features to refine advertising strategies proactively.
    • Utilize 3rd-party tools to enhance advertising performance and automation.

Core Responsibilities - Stakeholder & Partner Management

    • Own relationships with brand managers, external partners, and platform representatives to ensure alignment on advertising goals.
    • Present advertising proposals and performance reviews to senior stakeholders, providing data-backed insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Negotiate advertising budgets with internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum impact.
    • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners, analyzing results and refining strategies accordingly.
    • Build a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and reporting processes.

Qualifications & Experience

    • 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 4 years focused on eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
    • Proven expertise in managing large-scale advertising campaigns on Amazon, including experience with DSP, Sponsored Ads, Amazon Cloud Services and bid automation tools.
    • Experience of leading a team and mentoring colleagues would be a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Advanced data analytics skills, with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven strategic decisions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
    • Hands-on experience with third-party tools is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Google Ads and social media marketing (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to support cross-channel advertising strategies is a plus.
    • Strong client management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships and drive business outcomes.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies effectively to senior stakeholders.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and handle ambiguity effectively.
    • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.
