Wholesale Account Representative

Pavement’s Wholesale Account Representative will play a key role in helping us grow our wholesale business. We are looking for someone who is excited to bring their passion and knowledge of the coffee industry to a role that will grow sales and strengthen partnerships for Pavement. This person will be focused on building relationships with our existing accounts, fielding inbound sales leads, setting up new food service, grocery, and cafe accounts. This is a hybrid role that reports directly to the Director of Coffee. 

What you will do with us:

    • Be the main point of contact for existing wholesale accounts and leads
    • Respond to sales inquiries and generate leads through relationship building with potential customers
    • Conduct site visits to provide training, gain insights, and develop coffee programs for wholesale accounts
    • Ensure we are up to date with compliance requests from our wholesale accounts
    • Work closely with our catering team to generate new catering orders and partnerships
    • Collaborate with the Roastery Manager on developing Pavement-specific coffee knowledge 
    • Maintain a focus on existing wholesale customer retention 
    • Some travel required

What you bring:

    • Passion for Pavement and knowledgeable about coffee and the specialty coffee industry
    • Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time and balance priorities effectively
    • Operate with a sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail
    • Thoughtful and looking to connect with our potential customers
    • You bring warmth and authenticity to your interactions with others
    • An excellent communicator, both written and verbally
    • Sales experience a plus but not required

Compensation

    • Pay Range: 55k-60k
