In this Sales Enablement Specialist role, you will specifically focus on growing Pax8’s sales of Microsoft product SKUs for non-profit organizations. To do accomplish this, you must be knowledgeable in the Microsoft suite of products, have the ability to design and deliver training to Pax8’s sales representatives on processing orders and be able to effectively engage our partners in the selling of these products via public speaking events and webinars. This specialized role is an important aspect of Pax8’s success in the Microsoft space and requires an individual that has the passion for empowering our partners to assist non-profit organizations with their SaaS needs. 

Job Description

    • Target Partners (Recruit)
    • Drive net new partner recruit to transact Charity SKU’s
    • Recruit interested and qualified partners
    • Onboard partners transitioning from management or Direct CSP
    • Assess partner development capability
    • Analyze and document the propensity of potential partners using corp provided tools and process
    • Explain profitability and opportunity
    • Utilize company provided resources to demonstrate the profitability and opportunity associated with selling Microsoft products through Indirect Provider channel
    • Communicate Indirect Provider offers to partners
    • Mobilize aligned channel partners to consume Microsoft resources and participate in Microsoft programs
    • Guide partners through process to sign up for Indirect Provider partner program
    • Guide partners through process to sign up for MPN and TSI Partner Community
    • Report on number of potential and onboarded transacting partners  
    • Build scalable cloud business plan utilizing Microsoft templates and guidance
    • Provide reporting on partner activities and progress
    • Guide partners through offer development using pre-packaged offer/pricing guidance and planning templates
    • Assist partner to build compelling offers that address top customer scenarios
    • Mobilize partners to consume Microsoft resources and participate in Microsoft programs related to building demand gen, generating awareness, and standing out in a crowded market
    • Connect with customers through Cloud Ascent
    • Provide assets and encourage the building of a digital marketing plan
    • Act as “business advisor” and evangelize areas of next logical practice that are appropriate for the partner’s needs and business model
    • Act as “marketing manager” and support proposed marketing goals including the proper use of Microsoft partner marketing materials and incentive funding on the right set of activities
    • Build repeatable/scalable solutions
    • Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools and resources to compete effectively against every competitive scenario they encounter
    • Ensure new workload attach through new customers and existing renewals

Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

    • Proven success in selling through the indirect channel; passion for empowering partners to serve their customers
    • Knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to learn and sell SaaS products
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training
    • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver presentations in live and virtual environments
    • Demonstrated ability to create a scalable business plan to drive the business, analyze results and make appropriate modifications to continually improve execution
    • Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective business reviews
    • Ability to engage cross-functionally to request resources and coordinate events

Required Education & Certifications:

    • Knowledge of SaaS products that are productivity focused. Microsoft products preferred, but not required.
    • Certification in classroom facilitation skills preferred
    • Involvement with non-profit organizations
    • Certification in public speaking preferred
    • Bachelors degree or comparable work experience
