Vendor Launch Analyst

The Vendor Launch Analyst works with Vendor Launch and Vendor Development to launch new vendors and products in the Pax8 marketplace. The Vendor Launch Analyst will establish collaborative relationships with Pax8 vendors, perform business requirements analysis, manage API integration and console readiness, and facilitate cross-functional team readiness. Our goal on the Product Management team is to provide useful and accurate vendor/product information and a seamless order-to-cash experience to our partners and internal departments.


    • Identify and analyze vendor and Pax8 requirements to establish the best approach to product configuration and order-to-cash processing
    • Work with vendors and dev team to develop, test, and implement APIs and console enhancements to provide a streamlined order-to-cash partner experience
    • Run weekly working group with internal stakeholders to discuss timelines, open questions and statuses on launch readiness
    • Communicate and collaborate with vendor counterparts pre-and post-launch
    • Create content and HTML for new product email notifications
    • Populate Vendor Profile SharePoint page for new vendors
    • Conduct launch retrospectives with internal stakeholders


    • Previous experience with project management, business analysis, and IT channel a plus
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage pre-and post-launch projects and requests
    • Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
    • HTML knowledge a plus
