We're looking for a talented Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and drive the development and enhancement of our financial wellness platform and card solution.
As a Product Manager at Payactiv, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our product offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business development, to develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring that our card solution remains competitive and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
What you will do...
1. Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product strategy for Payactiv's financial wellness platform and card solution, considering market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.

2. Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate a product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term goals for the card solution.

3. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, internal teams, and market research to gather and prioritize feature requirements.

4. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, including defining user stories, wireframing, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to build and release new features.

5. User Experience: Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for card solution users, considering the customer journey, user interface, and customer feedback.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

7. Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the financial wellness platform and card solution. Continuously optimize based on data-driven insights.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align product development with business goals and customer needs.

9. Product Communication: Clearly communicate product updates and changes to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

10. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the card solution complies with all relevant financial regulations and security standards.

What you need...

    • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology or fintech company, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
    • Strong understanding of financial products and card solutions is a significant advantage.
    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Data-driven decision-making approach, with the ability to analyze data and user feedback to drive product improvements.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, in a relevant field; a master's degree is a bonus.
$110,000 - $140,000 a year
