Payactiv seeks a skilled and motivated Program Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The Program Manager will report directly to the Head of Product and Design and play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of various product and Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives to enhance employees' financial wellness across different organizations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, and has a strong track record of managing complex projects. This position is based out of our Milpitas CA office

What you will do...

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables for multiple initiatives aimed at improving employee financial wellness.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
    • Coordinate and lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project execution.
    • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and partners, fostering effective communication and building strong relationships.
    • Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
    • Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
    • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to financial wellness and program management.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO processes and best practices within the organization.

What you need...

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree is a plus.
    • 3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
    • a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in the fintech industry or with financial wellness programs is highly desirable.
    • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

$150,000 - $170,000 a year
