Fast, intuitive and automated, the software-as-a-service solution allows employers to easily manage payroll on their own without any specific knowledge and save valuable amounts of time and money. Employees also have access to a dedicated online space for payslips, leave requests, expense report entry and HR data.
Our mission is to support the digital transformation of businesses' human resources through a reliable SaaS solution providing a unique experience to its users. We're starting our expansion beyond France into Spain, Italy, Germany and UK. This is a unique opportunity to build the simplest product possible with a massive reach across employees of thousands of European companies.
So far, more than 2500 companies trusted PayFit such as Big Mamma, Heetch, Nestor, Doctolib and Sellsy. To accelerate our development, we raised €19 millions. Our offices are located in downtown Paris and we are now a team of 150 passionate people !
Your team and your mission
The Engineering team counts 35 people who develop our application and make sure every stakeholder enjoys a smooth experience. The team is divided into tribes and is growing to cope with our both our internal and international development.
The Marketing tribe ensures PayFiters' efficiency through a technical lens. The tribe will closely work with the Marketing, Lead Generation, Sales and Product Management departments to guarantee a user-centric product.
This cross-functional role is to create, develop and enhance tools for analytics, user experience, content marketing strategy, landing page optimization, email marketing and SEO.
Your mission will include:
- Define relevant metrics/KPIs to monitor
- Implement and design creative ideas to grow these KPIs + A/B testing
- Enhance conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks
- Improve and scale media-buying tactics on Facebook and Google through automatized workflows
- Scale and automate growth processes
- Manage and grow talents
You understand user's behavior, you are a team player who like to be technically challenged and you have:
*Worked with scripts and API media management and implemented automatized processes
*Strong leadership to mentor and support the growth of the squad
Cherry on the top if you have already worked with growth hackings tools (Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp, HubSpot for CRM, Zapier, etc...) and you have knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing.
