¿Cuál será tu misión?

Súbete al cohete de PayFit uniéndote a nuestro equipo de Sales como Sales Development Representative.

Tu misión será la de detectar y cualificar potenciales clientes vía un proceso de búsqueda tanto inbound como outbound. 

1- Cualificar los leads analizando su grado de interés y prioridad para determinar si hay una oportunidad de negocio real.
2- Trabajar junto con el equipo de Sales y Marketing para proponer nuevas estrategia de captación de leads e identificar las mejores potenciales empresas
3- Dar a conocer la plataforma PayFit utilizando todos los canales y herramientas a tu disposición: Linkedin, mailing, cold calling, etc.
 4- Convencer a los decision-makers (CFO, CEO, HR Managers) de las ventajas de nuestra solución y conseguir un meeting️

¿Qué estamos buscando?

Formación ADE o similares
Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en un departamento de ventas B2B
Te apasiona la venta y quieres formar parte de un equipo de alto nivel para aprender con los mejores
Te motivan los desafíos y siempre quieres superar los objetivos
Tienes una buena capacidad de análisis y eres creativo a la hora de encontrar soluciones a posibles problemas
Aprendes rápido y tienes curiosidad intelectual
Estás convencido de que PayFit va a revolucionar la industria SaaS RRHH
Te gusta trabajar y conseguir objetivos en equipo
Capacidad de trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y con cambios continuos
Español nativo exclusivamente y capacidad de hablar inglés para comunicaciones internas en la empresa️
