Your role → Build the PayFit Growth Machine in Italy

* Develop PayFit Growth in Italy as we did in France, Spain & Germany
* Hire, Train & Manage the Sales & Onboarding Teams
* Work hand in hand with France teams to define and implement a scalable & predictable local Sales strategy
* Become an expert about both PayFit & its roadmap and about Italian payroll
* Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Operations ensuring long-term company success
* Act as spokesperson for the organisation at (sales) events to generate new business leads and extend your existing sales network

PROFILE

* Business + entrepreneur profile who wants to manage a growth team
* 5+ years sales experience in data-driven or tech related organisations, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS Startup environment
* Perfectly bilingual Italian/French full professional proficiency in English
* 2+ years of management or team lead experience
* Strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards
* Proven track record of sustained target achievement
* Deep understanding of the entire funnel of the sales cycle and profound practical experience of each of the stages
* Taste for the intellectual challenge
* Outstanding structured working methods and ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Curious and innovative spirit
* Want to be part of an amazing fast-growing and intense adventure


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* Working from our Office in Paris for 6-9 months and then moving to Milan
* A very competitive salary + uncapped commissions + stock options
