The opportunity

📍 This position is based in Paris.

We are looking to hire a Global Strategy Manager within our Strategy Team, reporting directly to our Head of Strategy. This team is in charge of :
• Building and owning PayFit’s strategic roadmap
• Identifying & deploying strategic programs that contribute to deliver on our roadmap

A "strategic program" is a strong company bet that may influence the course of the company.
It is either a major launch of a new product or service from which we expect significant jumps in revenue and customer satisfaction - or a new sales channel that we want to build to increase our diversification successfully.

These are programs in which various business and product teams are involved, and for which the level of uncertainty and change adds to the level of challenge.

Your missions

You will be responsible for building Payfit’s strategic roadmap:

• Identify new growth opportunities (mid - long term): new products, new sales channels, new market segments..
• Be responsible for the competitive intelligence in HR tech (market intelligence, trends, external factors..)
• Support with a strong analytical mindset all strategic programs & initiatives

You will also lead some of the strategic programs for PayFit.

This job has been tailored for you if you have...

• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic consulting
• Strong analytical mindset & project management skills
• Excellent written and spoken French language skills
• Fluent in English
• Great fit in cross-functional, international and hyper-growth contexts
• Self-starter / highly autonomous, able to drive and own topics / projects

Parental support: 20 weeks maternity leave covered by PayFit and 4 weeks leave for the second parent.
Time off: 25 days of holidays + RTT days (depending on the contract).
