Sales Manager

PayFit digitizes and simplifies payroll management and HR processes for companies. Fast, intuitive and automated, the software-as-a-service solution allows employers to easily manage payroll on its own without any specific knowledge in payroll and save valuable time and money. Employees have access to a dedicated online space for payslips, leave requests, expense report entry and HR data.
Our mission is to support the digital transformation of business’s human resources through a reliable SaaS solution providing a unique experience to its users. We're starting our expansion beyond France into Spain, Germany and UK. This is a unique opportunity to build the simplest product possible with a massive reach across employees of thousands of European companies.
So far, 1800 companies trusted PayFit such as Big Mamma, Heetch, Nestor, Doctolib and Gameloft. To accelerate our development, we raised €14 millions in 2017. Our offices are located in downtown Paris and we are now a team of 140 passionate PayFiters !

Manage a team of account executives to help them overachieve their individual targets


=> Sales leader:
- Be CEO of your team & co-CEO of your tribe: responsible for global MRR Targets
- Become a Payroll & product expert
- Actively participate in recruitment processes
- Make sure your team is balanced and work together
- Understand where each rep can get better and create concrete action plans with them
- Train the new PayFiters within your team
- Perform monthly perf reviews

=> Communication
- Work closely with the other SDR & Sales manager to improve communication between teams and to create and improve processes
- Work with both Sale Ops and Sales Enablement teams to implement the proper training techniques & tools
- Work hand in hand with the head of sales to give feedback about how the team works


    • 3+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in the software industry
    • 1+ year in a sales management role, ideally within a fast growing environment
    • Experience with Saas products and business models
    • Strong communication skills (both oral & written)
    • Proficiency in English
