About the Job
The Technical Project Coordinator is instrumental in managing the day-to-day activities of our Tech team, ensuring that everyone stays on track and does their part to complete Technical projects on time. In this role, you must possess excellent organisation and communication skills.
You will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to maintain an efficient project programme and serve as an interface between the Developers and all the major stakeholders.
As our Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting daily standup meetings to identify and removing blockers
- Acting as a liaison between the major stake holders and the Tech team in delivering projects
- Coordinating with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
- Executing the project in Agile methodology and deliver the requirements with proper sprint and release planning
- Monitoring project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
- Creating Dashboards on JIRA, reflecting the progress of the project
- Communicating proactively with all parties to identify problems, create solutions and implement efficiency improvements
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing them

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent (Strong Computer Science fundamentals) with prior experience of having worked in an Agile environment
- Have technical hands-on experience of at least 5 years in ASP.NET Forms, MVC, C#, .NET, .NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server
- Are proficient in jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Have proven experience in project coordination within the technology or payments industry
- Possess a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
