The Risk Analyst will support our Operations team in performing daily monitoring activities to mitigate fraud risks.
As our Risk Analyst, you will have these main objectives:
- Review a high volume of cases per day and develop a deep understanding of our specific fraud domain.
- Provide a very detailed explanation for how to determine whether a case is fraudulent
- Work closely with our Sales team to provide feedback on product performance, with clear and concrete ways to improve
- Present portfolio risk and performance analysis to senior leaders across the firm
- Develop solutions that can be scaled across numerous portfolios as well as
- proprietary risk measurement approaches and mitigation strategies.
- Get involved in or take ownership of special projects as determined by the
- management
You will be a good fit if you:

- Have a University degree and a minimum of two years’ work experience in fraud and risk in a financial institution, fintech / payments/e-wallets
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to provide in-depth case reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Are computer-literate and experienced in the use of MS Office (Excel, Pivot table reports)
- Have good organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
