This Role

PayJoy is looking for a Business Development Analyst in Mexico that will be acting as Hunting/Farming Lead. This role requires a highly sales attitude, identifying growth opportunities, providing valuable insights, supporting and executing business plans and strategies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in Sales & Business Development, facilitating smooth business operations, coordinating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring the overall efficiency of business development processes.

As our ideal candidate, you are an operations and sales expert, you are process and analytics-driven, you are motivated in growing in your career and enjoy a high-change environment that is focused on expanding PayJoy’s phone finance services across Mexico. You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager to define and execute strategies to help existing and new distribution partners actively selling and scaling with PayJoy.

Responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for keeping PayJoy partners actively selling monthly and daily;
    • Depending on account responsibilities, may act as leader of Account Management Representatives;
    • You will develop and manage relationships directly with customers, grow existing business, develop new business, and support customers and your team with account and market knowledge;
    • You will collaborate with the commercial team to ensure the achievement of sales targets,
    • You will work cross functionally to develop better tools and reporting that improves internal and external productivity.

Requirements

    • Minimum experience of 2+ years in any of the following areas: Partner Success, Customer Experience, Operations, Sales;
    • Proven history of being above target with assigned KPIs and goals;
    • Demonstrated appetite and ability to lead without the manager title;
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional teams to drive growth; 
    • Strong analytical skills, excellent leadership, organization, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
    • English must be part of your yearly professional development plan.
