This role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Perfomance Marketing Manager to drive growth across our portfolio of products including phone finance, credit line and card amongst others. 

Ideally you will have experience successfully growing new B2C products, particularly in the fintech and lending space where quality of customers and LTV is paramount. You should have deep experience working in google, meta and with marketing technologies to track attribution and incrementality. As one of the leaders in our growth team, you should be self driven and expert in establishing scalable systems for rapid test and scale of customer acquisition methodologies. You will partner with brand marketing, design and creative production as well as product and operations teams. 

Responsibilities

    • Establish marketing technologies required for clear paid marketing attribution and results
    • Drive paid marketing strategy and execute on campaigns for product growth
    • Deliver required volume of revenue from quality customers through paid marketing

Qualifications

    • Track record of delivering growth through marketing initiatives, within healthy CAC guidelines
    • Experience establishing marketing technology to deliver precise attribution on conversions across multiple platforms
    • Experience working with referrals, influencer marketing and other channels
    • Analytical mindset, experience with A/B testing, some familiary with SQL
    • Experience with SEO/SEM and content marketing strategies
    • Experience driving B2C products including working with different sales channels including online to offline sales, e-commerce and call center sales
