We are looking to hire an awesome Clerk Support Supervisor to coach our staff to deliver exceptional clerk support. The Clerk Support Supervisor will build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results. You will play a collaborative role in growing and implementing and supervising processes.
To ensure success you need to employ prudence and tact in interacting with others and be focused on Clerks and staff retention. Preferred candidates are able to perform to a high level of accuracy, and are meticulous and organized.

Responsibilities

    • Overseeing and assessing clerk support staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
    • Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of clerk support operation.
    • Assisting clerk support staff with duties where required.
    • Training staff in areas of clerk support and company policies.
    • Investigating and solving clerk support complaints.
    • Assisting with the development and implementation of support policies, and explaining these to staff and clerks.
    • Maintaining documentation pertaining to clerk support department activities.

Requirements

    • +1 year previous supervisory experience
    • Previous experience working as an agent
    • Demonstrated Excellent QA
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Microsoft Office knowledge (intermediate mandatory)
    • Strong people skills
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Available to work shifts
    • Excellent communication skills
