This role

/he Creative Producer will be responsible for leading the development of high-performing creatives for paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop creative strategy and concepts that resonate with customers for consideration and conversion, utilising customer insights and fintech best practices
    • Produce creative assets (static, animated, and video) for organic and paid marketing campaigns 
    • Iterate and improve assets based on campaign results, partnering with growth and analytics teams 
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ad specs, top-performing formats, and trends across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms in the consumer lending space
    • Lead roadmap of creative asset testing for growth campaigns
    • Develop briefs and manage freelancers, partnering with brand and marketing managers 
    • Maintain content management system to ensure creative assets are adaptable for different audiences, platforms and countries

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on creative production experience for paid media campaigns (agency or in-house) for fintech and/or e-commerce. 
    • A data-oriented producer who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands creatives that convert.
    • Expertise in video and static ad creatives for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display in B2C fintech. 
    • Strong skills in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, or equivalent editing platforms
    • Basic level of ad quality and engagement metrics to iterate and optimize for ad best practices, in google ads and meta platforms.
    • Solid grasp of platform-specific ad formats, performance best practices, and creative trends
    • Experience working directly with performance marketing teams and translating performance data into creative iterations; developing a concept and delivering assets such as video in <72 hours. 
    • Ability to operate within a structured test-and-learn framework, rapidly iterating on creative assets.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assets and deadlines.
    • Empathy and curiosity for understanding customer motivations, especially within B2C fintech contexts.
    • Familiarity with creative content localization (Spanish, Portuguese, or other local markets) is a plus.
