As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will act as the main internal Operations strategic/analytic resource across areas, having Support Ops teams as main stakeholders and connect and coordinate other teams to get initiatives done. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under supervision and guidance. High motivation and a desire to succeed.Stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex sets of data, as well as make business recommendations based on analysis
- Ability to integrate different data sources and create data reporting systems in Mode Analytics
- Track progress of business inputs/outputs across cross-functional stakeholders while identifying gaps or risks and drive resolution as necessary
- Drive operational efficiencies based on data
- Prepare and deliver program status updates and presentations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership team
- Apply technical mindset to identify operational drivers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Actuary, Engineering, Statistics
- 2-4 years of relevant experience working in Operations, Product Management, Data Science, Strategic Teams
- Outstanding organization, analytical and strategic thinking
- Great top-down communication skills
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Advanced knowledge in using tools to manage big sources of data and visualization, such as: SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, Kustomer is a plus
