This Role

PayJoy is looking for a Business Development Analyst in Mexico that will be acting as Hunting Lead and who will be responsible for overseeing the Hunting Channel operations across the country. This role requires a highly sales attitude, identifying growth opportunities, providing valuable insights, supporting and executing business plans and strategies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in Sales & Business Development, facilitating smooth business operations, coordinating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring the overall efficiency of business development processes.

Your key responsibility will be to sell, develop and execute strategies to expand our partner network and drive sales through proactive outreach and engagement efforts. Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively capture new partners (Omnichannel).
    • Depending on the business stage, collaborate, manage and/or coordinate an external team of Promoters and supervisors to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis and map potential partners locations across Mexico (offline efforts are required for an important part of the job).
    • Oversee the entire partner acquisition process from initial contact to onboarding and graduation, ensuring a seamless experience for partners
    • Regularly report progress and key insights to the Commercial Manager, providing updates on project advancements and challenges.
    • Handle budget allocation for the project and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure effective resource utilization and financial sustainability.
    • Utilize the CRM system to track and monitor all activities related to partner acquisition and engagement.

Requirements

    • Highly proactive attitude and interest for business development, or channel management, preferably in the financial services industry, with a strong emphasis on "boots on the ground" experience.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
    • Knowledge or eager to learn the business  lifecycle, from identification and negotiation to execution, fostering partnerships and driving revenue.
    • Experience in relevant tools, software, and systems in roles related to data analysis, CRM management, and market research is a plus
    • Strong Sales, analytical, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
