This role
A People Intern handles the onboarding process for new employees, supports culture and team engagement efforts, recruits and selects candidates for junior positions, and assists with specific HR needs that may occur.
Key Responsabilities
- Onboarding of new employees
- Development of culture, engagement dynamics, and activities
- Recruitment and selection of Jr positions
- Support for HR demands
- Be the point of contact for HR demands in Brazil
- File management
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Enrolled in the 6th or 7th academic semester (cycle)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- No prior professional experience required
