This role
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing a group of Inside Sales Representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth, delivering the expected operational and financial results, through effective communication and customer engagement, by overseeing the day-to-day operations of small business partners all over the country.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Inside Sales team, guiding, engaging and providing necessary support to the team to achieve the sales targets, revenue growth, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base of the Long Tail.
- Ensure high-quality remote support for partners while promoting sales growth.
- Oversee lead qualification and conversion from SDRs, Marketing, and Self-Onboarding, optimizing the activation and engagement process.
- Coordinate the transfer process of partner accounts to the Territorial Managers team
- Monitor individual and team performance by analyzing KPIs and defining continuous improvement action plans.
- Conduct continuous training and development of the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Analyze sales performance data, develop actionable insights, and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth.
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Solid experience in pre-sales, sales or similar position, with a successful track record in sales management and team leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence customers, team members, and other stakeholders
- Understanding of sales techniques and methodologies, with the ability to train and motivate others effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho is a plus), Microsoft Office and Google Suites,
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales performance data to improve performance.
