About PayJoy
PayJoy is a mission-driven company dedicated to helping a billion people around the world step into the modern financial system for the first time and supporting them on a path to financial success. Founded in 2015, PayJoy’s “secret sauce” technology turns a smartphone into collateral to jumpstart unbanked consumers into the credit system. We reached profitability in 2020, reaching 10 million happy customers and over a billion dollars of sales in 2023.

This Role

PayJoy's projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges we face daily. As a Technical Program Manager, OEM at PayJoy, a key part of the team that leads complex, technically-centric projects using your collective engineering and project management expertise. You will assist the Senior TPM to define and own release schedules in our fast-paced environment and work closely with internal PayJoy software engineers, product managers, sales managers, and external OEM partners to launch and expand PayJoy’s compatibility with OEMs. You will establish and manage a thorough testing protocol, and be responsible for the on-time release, including identifying risks and working with external partners to find solutions. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to be the go-to person for all questions about release schedules, quality, and progress updates.
