Job Description:-

● Work closely with the software development and product teams to deliver high quality,
scalable products deployed around the world.
● Work with all the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify
appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of
projects by meeting project milestones.
● Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs,
balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking
behavior to maximize business benefit.
● Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise
contingency plans.
● Assemble and coordinate with the teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each
team.
● Drive various initiatives for Paytm Merchant Ecosystem with the Product team to define
the roadmap.
● Develop and deliver progress reports.
● Overall a project manager with good technical (backend, frontend and database)
background along with project management and cross location team management skills.
● Effectively execute communication management and project health checks.

Key skills :

● Ability to understand the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage
complex projects with significant bottom line impact.
● Ability to work with product managers in developing a strategy and roadmap
● Project management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder
management and tracking of external commitments
● 6+ years of Software Development experience; 5+ years of experience in building and
leading strong engineering teams
● Deep hands-on technical expertise
● Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test
driven development
● Able to work with Cross functional teams

● Knowledge of JIRA or Similar tools
● Ability to work under high-pressure and agile environment
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
