About the Team: Payroll Department at a corporation is the department that determines the amounts of wage or salary due to each employee. The payroll department works as a team to get payroll checks distributed to employees in a timely fashion. Payroll is the sum of all financial records of salaries for an employee, wages, bonuses and deductions, F&Fs.

About the Role: We are looking for someone who can independently manage Full & Final Settlement and accounting operations, Month end closing. Liaise with respective stakeholders and manage FNF. Collaborate with Treasury teams for timely disbursement of pay-outs. Maintain accurate books of accounts and prepare reports for payroll for audit purposes.


Expectations/ Requirements

1. Should be well versed in handling F&F processes for a large organization.
2. Payroll Management.
3. Should be well versed in driving month/ year-end accounts closing activities within
agreed timelines.
4. Preparing JV and posting in SAP with accuracy.
5. Manage and operate the required payroll reports to assist the organization’s accounts.
6. Should be well versed with all accrual and provisioning concepts and have knowledge of maintaining and extracting reports from SAP.


Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role.
1. Minimum experience in Payroll accounting is 2-4 years.
2. Handle systems and recommend modifications or upgrades as and when necessary.
3. Must have worked in SAP Accounting.
4. Good analytical and numerical ability.
5. Good communication and strong interpersonal skills. Hard-working, detail-oriented, and good team player.


Education: Qualified MBA Finance.
