Job Description
o Sr. Manager – Key Accounts (SMKA) is responsible to manage the sales and business development
via a team of up to 15 team members (KAM).
o SMKA to set up the team for his area and train them to be market ready.
o SMKA needs to guide, mentor and help team achieve the assigned targets.
o Ensure the motivation levels in the team and keep the team engaged for long run.
o Make sure to be on the field with the team and lead it from the front for acquisition, retention of
payment solution.
o Apart from Team target, SMKA will also have self-target for Key account acquisition and
management.
o SMKA needs to be an MBA with at least 4 to 5 years of overall experience of which at least 2 years
of individual contributor and 2 years of team management role.
