 Expectations/ Requirements
 
Objective:
 
1.     To train & motivate Team Members by providing in house & on field training.
2.     Regularly keep training sessions including tests & evaluating the need .
3.     Would be responsible for overall training (incl soft skills) of every team member.
 
Role:

1.       Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
2.       Schedule appropriate training sessions.
3.       On filed training
4.       Complete Product, Process training to new joinees
5.       Time to Time Value Added Product training for entire team.
6.       Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
7.       Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
8.       Prepare soft copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
9.       Taking regular test to evaluate the understanding of individual manager
10.    Train and guide new employees.
11.    Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
12.    Providing on field training as per requirement.
13.    Maintaining required data (onboarding to deployment)
 
Key Skills Required:

1.       Experience 3-6 years
2.       Good at communication skills & confident
3.       Strong understanding of product & able to download to whole team.
4.       Fluent in Hindi, English, Marathi .
5.       Presentable.
 
Desired Skills and Experience

Good Speaker, Fluent in communication, experience in sales / training, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Relationship Management, Handling escalations, able to download
 
KRA:

1. Training & Mentoring new joiners
2. Grooming knowledge of new & existing team members
3. Monitoring growth of Business Growth & Scale-up by an individual
4. Need to keep training sessions with team as well as individual as & when required ensuring the growth graph is in positive.
5. Relationship management with internal stakeholders
 
Key Imperatives:

Education : At least Graduate
