Job Brief & Responsibilities:-
Responsible for Product Innovations and Product Ideations in their respective Domain.
Improvise Customer Communication and bring automation in Customer Support across travel domain
Responsible for Product Lifecycle from Concept to Deployment including flow charts, features, scripting, etc.
Take end-to-end ownership of the product task, identify gaps in ecosystem when it comes to Customer communication, CST requirements, create PRD’s and drive the implementation of the respective product roadmap.
Good understanding of technical and market feasibility of the product.
Keep a Track on competition and their activities and extract learning from the same.
Has understanding/past experience in working on Pricing engine, Travel Insurance Product.
Desired Skills: - Passionate about building world class products on the web / mobile - Work experience in the travel industry is preferred
MS or BS/B.tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college
Should have experience leading small teams
Superior organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Must be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace
Must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment.
Good in creating documents , flow charts
