About the role: This role includes end-to-end Non-CTC reimbursements Management and will be responsible to define and manage all expenses and reimbursements handling. Assist with month-end close activities as they related to expense management and reimbursement.
Expectations/ Requirements :
1. Process Reimbursement claims (Travel, Mobile & other non-CTC claims) for employees handling reimbursement payment as per the timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders.
2. Working Knowledge of Invoice Management
3. Preparation of Invoices for Various Services
4. Manage Open Complex Invoices to clear for payment.
5. Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies.
6. Invoice on hold resolution for timely payments to the vendors
7. Should be able to analyze invoice issues and communicate across to seek resolution.
8. Monitoring exceptions and taking appropriate action based on error cases.
9. Reconciliation of all expense reports maintain schedule and report to management of the open and unreconciled activity.
10. Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
11. Research and resolve vendor billing problems or issues
12. Maintain user help desk, respond to inquiries about expense reporting application, provide support and engage in solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction
13. Assist with month-end close activities as it related to expense management and reimbursement.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :
1. 2-5 years of experience in handling end-to-end Non-CTC reimbursements.
2. Good Analytical, research, and follow-up skills.
3. Experience with Phone, medical & Travel billing, and coding.
4. Strong knowledge of billing & PR generation practices.
5. Should strongly be driven by various timelines.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Good Communication skills both oral and written.
Education: Minimum of bachelor’s degree (any field)·
