About the team:
Recharges and Utilities is a core business for Paytm. It includes 20+ categories including mobile recharge, electricity bill payments, DTH recharge, cylinder booking, etc. It is a critical business to onboard, engage and retain users on Paytm.

About the role: 
Are you someone who loves to build products and also gets curious about technology stack being used? Have you worked in technical roles at some point in your career and enjoyed them (be it software developer, engineering manager or architect)? We are looking for Product Owners to enable delivery of high quality financial/payment products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area to build high quality products/systems.

Expectations/ Requirements:
Growth: Finding new ways to acquire users from inside and outside the Paytm ecosystem.
Running and Analyzing marketing data (Google Ad Campaigns, Performance Marketing, Install Campaigns) to optimize CAC
Understand the different communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications, social media) and experience in creating integrated, multi-channel engagement strategies
Spearhead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve notification effectiveness and customer satisfaction
Nudging the segmented users to transact via: Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp and new Product features
End-to-end campaign management via Clevertap

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Experience creating roadmaps
Ability to read data, understand it, and use it to drive growth
Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
Experience in life-cycle management; from conception to launch, and iterative improvement based on user feedback and data analytics
Expertise in either Clevertap or MoEngage
Experience in designing user experiences focused on maximizing customer engagement and satisfaction - this includes familiarity with UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and personalization techniques
Demonstrated fluency in tools like JIRA, and Confluence
Copywriting experience is a huge plus (not mandatory)
SQL is huge plus (not mandatory)
