About the role:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our Business Product Management (BPM) team to drive the credit card business. BPM team works closely with Product/Technology and Growth team and owns the charter of product ideation, competitive benchmarking, customer journey, prioritization of roadmap, GTM and product penetration.

About the team:
Cobrand credit card business thrives on deep partnership with key banks. This team is responsible for onboarding of customers, application, booking, activation and portfolio management for all cobrand credit cards. Customer experience across the journey while applying for card is also owned by this team.
Expectations/ Requirements:

1. 2 or 3 years of hands-on experience in building customer journey across consumer products.
2. Have handled credit card product directly for at least 2 years and should have an understanding of the process of identifying the segment to credit card booking .
3. An understanding of understanding digital marketing & digital journeys will be an advantage.
4. Analyze and benchmark industry/market trend, competition best practice.
5. Work with technology and product tech to identify and prioritize requirements for product roadmap and minimizing the customer drop across the digital journey.
6. Work with growth team to plan campaigns and optimize funnel conversion.
7. Responsible for GTM, driving adoption of new product, increasing the market share of existing product, and eventually driving business goals.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1. He/ She/ They should have minimum 5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing or digital journey creation.
2. A proven performer and team player who enjoys challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplace.
3. A self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a agile environment.
4. Experience working with cross functional teams and driving consensus.
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of product.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.
7. Work experience in top-tier consulting firms, tech startups, or product management is a plus
8. 5-10 years of post-MBA experience
9. Strong people management experience of leading small team of 2-5 members
10. Someone with an experience into Consulting background having worked as a Program Manager handling both Product and Sales side will be preferred
11. People from Payments industry will be preferred

Education: Post-Graduation from Tier 1 B-Schools
