About the team
It's a team of loyalty experts working day & night to make each loyalty program a success. 6 days working & Sunday weekly off.  

About the role
You will be responsible for managing loyalty programs across categories. Managing Large Client base, brand portfolios & loyalty management strategy. 

Expectations/ Role
1. Implementing & managing successful loyalty programs.
2. Ensure monthly & yearly targets associated with the brands/offers and programs
3. Increase the Brand portfolio spends & active user rates with the marketing & interactive loyalty programs.
4. Regular offline or online meetings with the clients to ensure continuous brand growth & engagement with the merchant
5. Provide insight on consumer behavior, market conditions, consumer trends and loyalty KPIs 
6. Explore monetization opportunities at the client's/merchant’s side
7. Liaison with all internal stakeholders during the monthly,quarterly or yearly planning.

Key Skills Required
1. Quick learner and ready to show their skills in pressure situation & ability to take initiatives.
2. Good communication skills to resolve queries of internal and external stakeholders.
3. Good Excel knowledge and overall personality is must for this profile.
4. Prior experience in data analytic tools & delivering presentations to the clients
5. Aptitude for problem solving and quantitative skills
6. Good written and interpersonal skills
7. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
8. Self motivated, Inquisitive and curious, Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow-through on commitments & growth mindset
9. Willingness to experiment and improve continuously

Education: Graduation/ Post-Graduation preferred
