As a Creative Designer within the Mutual Fund and SIP vertical at Paytm, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and communication of our mutual fund and SIP products. Reporting to the Growth and Marketing Head, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative designs across various marketing channels to drive engagement, enhance brand perception, and support business objectives in the mutual fund and SIP segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design Creation:

* Develop visually compelling and on-brand designs for marketing materials, including website assets, social media graphics, email templates, display ads, landing pages, and promotional materials, to promote mutual fund and SIP products.
* Translate complex concepts and data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, infographics, and illustrations for use in marketing campaigns and communications.

Brand Identity Development: 
* Work collaboratively with the marketing and branding teams to define and maintain brand guidelines and visual standards specific to the mutual fund and SIP vertical.
* Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design elements and marketing collateral, maintaining alignment with Paytm's overall brand identity and values.

Campaign 
Conceptualization and Execution:
* Participate in campaign ideation sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement with mutual fund and SIP offerings.
* Execute campaign designs from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, target audience, and channel requirements.

UI/UX Design Enhancement:Collaborate with the product and design teams to enhance the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design of mutual fund and SIP-related digital products and platforms.

Creative Asset Management:Maintain a library of creative assets, including design templates, graphics, icons, and illustrations, for easy access and reuse across marketing campaigns and channels.Organize and manage files and assets effectively, following best practices for version control and asset organization
