Job Summary:
 Responsible for maintaining safe & secure environment across all India offices
 Responsible for Pan India security operations including material management
 Responsible for standardizing the policy, processes (SOPs)
 Responsible for vendor compliance pertaining to across all India offices
 Coordinate and support Emergency Preparedness
 Responsible for team building and development across centres.
Essential Functions of the Job:
 Responsible for maintaining safe & secure environment across all India offices
 Performs security risk assessments based on vulnerability criteria to determine
appropriate levels of protection and security necessary for sites / location /
events.
 Ensure security alerts are understood by the organizational units / leadership,
and provide guidance in developing a response / mitigation plan
 Establish liaison and contact with external authorities like emergency services
and law enforcement agencies on the local level
 Analyse and validate the physical security personnel deployment proposed by
business leads
 Assist in identifying and assessing in risks and develop plans to mitigate key
exposures to people, operations, assets, information, intellectual property,
and reputation.
 Conduct Gap Analysis – Fire & Safety
 Coordinate for internal and external audits
 Responsible for standardizing the policy, processes (SOPs)
 Frame safety & security policy with relevant SOP as per the industry standards
 Create and ensure the classification of all security related documents are made
and followed consistently across centres.
 Scheduled connects with business leads
 Responsible for vendor compliance and invoice coordination
 Vendor audits & Compliance documentation of respective sites as per state
specific labor acts/regulations.
 Report all incidents and provide necessary information on any untoward incident
/ events across all India offices
 Ensuring ERP/ERT ratio of across all India offices as per industry standards
 Ensure mock evacuation drill is exercised at all locations
 Responsible for tracking all Incidents, investigation, reporting and closure,
 Team Skill Mapping and Gap Analysis
 Surprise check during the odd hours

Add On Responsibilities :
 Responsible for Admin related tasks for regional and fleet offices
 Housekeeping – Ensuring that good housekeeping practice is followed regularly
in offices.
 Maintenances- Ensuring all the maintenance work is completed as per
scheduling & supervising Maintenance work.
 Coordinating with the Vendors for AMC’s of UPS, AC and other office assets and
adhoc jobs related to plumbing, electrical, civil etc.
 Procurement of Office Assets & supplies like office furniture, housekeeping &
pantry material, stationery etc.
 Handling staff complaints & resolving the issues effectively & efficiently.
 Petty cash settlement of all the expenditure made by business spoc.
Coordination with business spoc for Festival/ Annual Day celebrations and
settlement of expenses.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements :
 Liaison with local law enforcement agencies and government agencies,
government regulatory agencies and private industrial security counterparts
as and when required
Education Qualification :
 Graduation – BCom/ BA or any other equivalent stream
 Preferably NCC Certificate
 1+ years experience
