To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks’ financial instruments. To further enhance merchants’ business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Product Manager to spearhead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for Paytm's innovative devices (Soundbox, EDC, and other IoT innovations). This role requires an individual who can seamlessly bridge strategy with execution, manage device lifecycles, and ensure frontline teams have the tools and support needed to excel.


Structural Responsibilities:

GTM Management for Device Launches:
Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new devices, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption.
Collaborate across teams to align launch plans with business goals.
Device Lifecycle Management:
Monitor and track the lifecycle of devices, from launch to retirement.
Ensure all devices align with business needs and customer expectations.
IoT and Inventory Tracking:
Oversee IoT systems and inventory for accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization.
Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to maintain efficient inventory levels.
Feature Requirement Analysis:
Gather insights and requirements from the field for new device features.
Analyze and translate these insights into actionable plans for the product and engineering teams.
Continuous Responsibilities:
Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with the devices and engineering teams to resolve bugs and implement feature enhancements.
Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure device improvements are implemented efficiently.
Debottlenecking for Timely Launch:
Identify and resolve roadblocks in device launch and development processes.
Proactively address issues to ensure on-time delivery of new devices.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: 3–5 years in product management, GTM strategy, or operations, ideally in fintech or IoT devices.
