Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level HR program initiatives.

Expectations/Requirements:
Lead high-quality HR projects and processes.
Integrate HR solutions across business units and partners.
Develop strategies to improve individual and team performance.
Implement and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Benchmark HR policies and practices for improvements.
Track metrics, collate reviews, and manage strategic projects.

Key Skills:
At least 2-4 years relevant experience, including specific experience in talent management, and organizational development.
Strong project management and HR service delivery expertise.
Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, reports and presenting these to top management.

Education and Experience:2-4 Yrs of Experience in HR COE/program management
MBA from Top Tier College
