Role and Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and

translate business needs into technical solutions such as reports and dashboards.

 Collaborating across Growth, Marketing, Product teams across Paytm Money

 Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance

processes for the team's deliverables.

 Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.

 Proven experience (4+ years) in data analysis and a year of team handling experience.

 Proven experience working on Tableau (2+ years) and any other advanced BI tools to

develop reports and dashboards.

 Developing reports and dashboards in Metabase and Redash.

 Strong proficiency in writing Advanced SQLs, Expertise in performance tuning of SQLs

(3+ years).

 Be proficient in Excel.

 Analytical thinking and Solid understanding of data mining techniques.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey

complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Good to have – experience working on Python for data processing and pipeline building

using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
