About Team:
Growth marketing team at Paytm performs these critical functions for our platform:
1. Traffic allocation to various growth use cases like payments, commerce, financial services according to user current interest and also propensity to adopt new use cases
2. Enhancing growth as a product platform with real time targeting, building a 360-degree customer profile and enhancing reach through most suitable channels
3. Evangelization of growth amongst various businesses of Paytm and ensuring best practices trickle down to all businesses.

About the role:
To create visual concepts, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Who can also help the marketing category team with merchandising artefacts on the consumer platform.

Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Assist in Media buying & planning for Paytm’s mobile App through different performance marketing channels & Affiliate networks.
2. Building measurement and analysis framework to optimize the performance.
3. Preparing the reports and dashboards for daily/weekly monitoring.
4. Coordinating with the client management team on the day-to-day tasks.
5. Reviewing & analyzing results from the current program offerings & suggesting changes & enhancements to help increase conversions, revenue & ROI.
6. Managing projects related to digital analytics from start to finish, including data integration, report & dashboard automation, product analytics & insights, data collection & product optimization.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. 1 - 2 years of professional experience in performance marketing
2. Should have managed running performance campaigns on google ads, Facebook.
3. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Command on Microsoft Excel or Google sheets is must

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
