About the role: The Junior Marketing Associate will support various initiatives within the marketing department aimed at driving Paytm’s growth. This includes event management, customer acquisition, and social media engagement, as well as contributing to the development and success of the other programs.

Role Overview
As the Social Media & Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing
comprehensive social media strategies and content plans that align with Paytm Travel's brand
objectives. Your role will involve managing our presence across various social platforms,
creating engaging content, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to
enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities
● Social Media Strategy & Management:
○ Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand
awareness and engagement.
○ Manage and oversee Paytm Travel's social media accounts, ensuring consistent
brand messaging.
○ Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting
strategies as needed.

● Content Creation & Curation:
○ Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored for various
platforms.○ Collaborate with design and copy teams to produce compelling visuals and copy.
○ Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target
audiences.

● Agency Collaboration:
○ Coordinate with external brand and creative agencies to develop and execute
marketing campaigns.
○ Provide clear briefs, oversee project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet
brand standards.
○ Evaluate agency performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration:
○ Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing
strategies with business objectives.
○ Gather insights from various departments to inform content creation and
campaign development.

● Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
○ Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
○ Implement innovative approaches to enhance social media presence and
engagement

Qualifications
● 3–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably
within the travel or e-commerce industry.
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
● Strong understanding of branding principles and experience in coordinating with creative
agencies.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
● Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.

Preferred Skills
● Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
● Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
● Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
● Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
