Managing the purchase strategy, developing, and implementing the operating system, and ensuring to develop the business solution to deliver business objectives.

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Associate with a strong background in Vendor Management, particularly in SAP MM, onboarding, MS Office, and Statistics. The ideal candidate will lead our onboarding efforts, ensuring a smooth process, overseeing vendor onboarding, developing dashboards and reports, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires expertise in SAP and MS Office, leadership skills to guide a high-performing Onboarding team, and hands-on experience in preparing reports and analytics dashboards.

Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Managing Onboarding (vendor, employee, etc.)
2. Developing Management Dashboards
3. Conducting Audits and ensuring compliance
4. Coordinating between the organization and vendors using SAP procurement tools
5. Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and providing support to complete the onboarding process
6. Demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
7. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
 
Key Skills/Experience Required:
1. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience developing and implementing procurement strategies tailored to the needs of the call center.

3. Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
4.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

6.  Results-orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.

Education:  Bachelors of Technology is preferred.
